Dr. Amita Mahajan is a Senior Consultant in the Department of Paediatric Oncology and Hematology at Indraprastha Apollo Hospital in New Delhi. She earned her MD in Pediatrics from the prestigious All India Institute of Medical Sciences (AIIMS) in New Delhi after finishing her MBBS. Following her master’s degree, she completed her Fellowship (MRCP) in Pediatric Oncology and Hematology from the United Kingdom in 1996.
Furthermore, she was affiliated with the Bone Marrow Transplant (Royal Hospital For Sick Children) unit in the United Kingdom, which was often involved in the care of both children and adults.
